Save-A-Tooth® True Story Contest!

Win a 16GB iPad!

Tell your true short story about how you, or someone you know knocked out a tooth and you could win a 16GB iPad® or $500 cash! You also win a Save-A-Tooth® for your first aid kit.

Over 5 million teeth are knocked out every year, that’s over 100 million teeth since Save-A-Tooth® was created twenty years ago. Over those years we have heard hundreds of personal stories about how Save-A-Tooth® saved their teeth. But it’s usually the stories about people who didn’t have Save-A-Tooth® that go unheard.


We want to hear your story of how you or someone you know had their permanent teeth knocked out.  We want to know what happened, how it affected your or their life and what you learned or how you would do things differently in the future. Your story could make a big difference in someone else's life. Do something for yourself and others by submitting your true story today!


The stories do not have to be about people who used Save-A-Tooth®. They can be about ANY knocked out tooth story. Stories submitted should be less than 250 words. Stories should not contain profanity or inappropriate content. Selected stories will be posted on our website after the contest has ended. Winning stories will be chosen by the general public via a third party voting system (Wildfire.com). The information you provide will NEVER be sold to a third party.


One lucky winner will receive a 16GB iPad® or a check for $500.00. One runner-up will receive a Save-A-Tooth® 2 Pack, valued at $39.95. Winners will be chosen by the general public via the contest page. Anyone can vote by clicking the vote button or visiting the contest entry page.


By submitting an entry the user agrees to let Phoenix-Lazerus, Inc. publish said entry on it's website: http://www.saveatooth.com or use the content in the story as a promotional tool in a televised commercial or print advertisement. By submitting this entry the user forfeits the right to claim royalties stemming from the publication or profit of the story entered.
